Black Friday (pt 1)

So Chris and I headed over to the local CompUSA at 11:40 to get there in time for the midnight opening. They had a 200gb HDD for $30 and some $10 bluetooth headsets that we were going for. We got in line at the exit of Toys R Us (about 150 people back) and by the time the store opened, the line had at least another 200 people behind us.
When the store opened, Chris got a HDD, but I couldn’t find the bluetooth headsets. Instead of being in the cell phone section, they were on the other side of the store, and they all got taken before we could get one. While wandering around looking for them, we saw many people we knew, including Tom B, from another FIRST team, and Eric, a mentor from our own team. It was quite coincidental. Tom invited us to a LAN Party tomorrow (that we can’t attend) and also mentioned something about a UTC invitational in February hosted by 176. I don’t know what that’s about, but it sounds interesting?
Maybe tomorrow we’ll hit up Radioshack (for a different $10 bluetooth headset deal) and OfficeMax (for my digicam).
Personally, I’d rather sleep in.
