A Quarter Million of Dollars

Today was my Spanish final, which was the only final I had to take thanks to senior exemption. Technically I was exempt from it, but I had to take it to get UCONN credit. I figure UCONN Spanish credit will be useful since I probaly won’t take it in college? It was about 45 minutes of listening, then writing about the listening and another essay question. I think I did well.
Also today was the Town Council Robotics presentation. A lot more engineers and students came than I was expecting, and we gave our little speeches and drove the robots around. It was fun. I tend to mess up when I talk for presentations; little reversals of words you see. After I said “a quarter million of dollars” and realized what I said, I had to concetrate to not laugh and keep going. It just seemed extremely funny to me at the time.
The Town Council seemed to like our presentation, and then they gave us certificates. Chris’ say “Sean Marra”, which is pretty sweet. Our final competition this year, Battlecry@WPI, is Saturday. I am amped.
